EMMETI GERPEX is a multilayer pipe system developed and manufactured by EMMETI for the installation of
any water distribution systems using PE-X/AL/PE-X multilayer pipes and fittings.
The new Emmeti LBP press fittings for multilayer pipes have been designed to ensure immediate water leakage if the fitting is not pressed, while providing a fast, secure, and reliable pipe connection when correctly pressed using the appropriate equipment.

EMMETI GERPEX RA Multilayer Pipes
The GERPEX RA pipe is produced by constructing a layer of aluminum (3) inside two layers of polyethylene (1,5) and proceeding with the cross-linking process (2,4).
This combines the advantages of metal (dimensional stability, high resistance to temperature and pressure) with those of plastic (easy working, good chemical inertia).
EMMETI LBP Press Fittings
EMMETI LBP, the new press fittings for multilayer pipes, has been developed to ensure a loss of water in case of non-pressing and a quick and safe pipe-fitting joint when pressed correctly with the specific equipment.
The unique profile of the fitting and the use of the double O-Ring guarantee a perfect and lasting hydraulic and mechanical seal and compatibility with five different pressing profiles (TH, B, U, H, F).
